On 11th February we sent a round up of all our news to our registered users and contacts. This is the online version.

It is already February, time does seem to fly especially when thereis so much going on for Professional Contractors, Freelancers andStaffing Agencies.

A warm welcome to all our new clients who joined us in February, itseems to us that in this sort of business climate people really arelooking at the accountancy costs and seeing if there are ways ofreducing them, or not paying for what they do not need.

Our new service offer was designed arround that concept with a complete service starting at £40 + VAT  a month.

This month, I can let you know quietly, we are working on our newbranding to be launched in March, its exciting stuff for us and youwill get the full details in the next newsletter.

For up to date news please keep an eye on our blog ; use our RSS feed or follow us on twitter and it is always great to get some feedback.

Please forward this to your friends and colleagues who can register to receive their own complimentary copy.

Blevins Franks Chartered Accountants are accredited by both the 'Professional Contractors Group' and 'Professional Passport'.

Kind Regards

Phil Richards

The costs of forming a Limited Company is reducing each year. A fewyears ago you would be paying anything between £150 to £500 to registera company, but with the Companies House online system running soefficiently now costs have been reduced dramatically.

Our own service availableonline raises a charge of £9 + VAT when you form a  Limited Company andso the total costs of the formation when you include the CompaniesHouse fee of £15 ( no VAT ) is £25.57.

Your Limited Company is normally formed in the same day, if youregister the new limited company online by midday, you will almostcertainly have all the pdf documents for the company back by close ofplay on that day.

With the Blevins Franks online formation system you also have access to filing companies hosue forms online and processing your annual return online.
