P35 deadline is today - and you still have 7 days if you need it !
The official HMRC deadline for HMRC to receive your completed P35doe the tax year 2008-09 is today the 19th of May 2009, at midnight.
However under Extra Statutory Concession number B46 ( ESC B46 ) you can file the P35 for 2008-09 by midnight on 26th May 2009 and a penalty occurrence will not be recorded.
